Justyna

Justyna is a Personal Boundaries Coach.

She tells us that, “I am deeply driven and immensely passionate about science and psychology, bolstered by my background in the field. I live with the belief that there are no limits to what I can achieve, and I refuse to give up in the face of challenges. As a personal boundaries coach, my aim is to empower women to live authentically, without compromising their mental and physical well-being. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact by helping other women break free from societal constraints and societal expectations, allowing them to lead truly authentic lives.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

My early years were marked by a strong emphasis on following the system and being a good student. However, I was always drawn to science and data. As the youngest child, I developed a rebellious streak. At 18, I took a leap of faith, moving abroad to study mathematics and psychology. Over the next five years, I navigated through 10 different jobs. It was during this time that I had a profound realization – I wasn’t meant to follow in the footsteps of others. During those transitional years when I was constantly changing jobs, I often felt unhappy and stuck. It was a confusing period, and I couldn’t understand why I struggled to fit into the conventional work mold. My mind and body were sending clear signals that something was amiss, that the traditional path wasn’t for me. Looking back, I wish I had listened to those inner instincts sooner. It was a pivotal realization that ultimately led me to embrace my unique journey and to encourage others to do the same, for the sake of their own fulfillment and happiness. I discovered my passion for blazing my own trail and inspiring others to do the same. That’s when my journey of supporting and encouraging others began.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

I was tired of waiting for something to change, I realised that I need to create that change so I took the matter in my own hands and started a business.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

Saying more “no” to others and “yes” to yourself, having clearer and healthy boundaries to stop being a people pleaser and compromise for others.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Everyone deserves and should feel empowered in whatever they do. Women are often too nice and don’t want to be pushy so we tend to be left in the shadows. I am glad that there is an increase in self-awareness in women and regaining control over their lives.

What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?

Nothing will change until I change it.

With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

You have more power and potential within you than you realise.
