What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
My formative years were immersed in a family business, where my familial roots ran deep. Since the age of 10, I eagerly lent a hand in my father’s office, guided by his secretary’s mentorship. Born in Trinidad, I confronted numerous challenges, which now I recognize as pivotal moments. Though distinct from my siblings, I embraced a unique perspective. Growing up with ingrained beliefs, they have evolved into a stronger version of myself, a testament to my upbringing’s bedrock of values, bolstered by my mother’s influence. My journey took unexpected turns, transitioning from banking to pursuing a divergent path. My innate calling led to my debut book, “Mrs. Fraud and You ~ Will You be the Victim or Victor when She Comes Knocking?” Radio, TV, and CEO roles ensued, seemingly opposing my introverted nature. Volunteering at a local radio station birthed my own show, “The Dianne and You Show,” where my curiosity knew no bounds, and I interviewed officials fearlessly. Evolving into Olive Media Network, my trajectory included working with prominent figures globally, yet a yearning to serve deeper persisted. Embracing NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy®, and Trainer’s Training transformed me across 48 countries. A decade-long metamorphosis unfolded, fraught with spiritual testing and purification. My heart’s desire to empower others led me to build friendships and forge success stories, where those I work with are not mere clients, but heroes and victors. The ongoing journey, marked by intensity, drives me to continuously evolve, ceaselessly striving to be the best version of myself for those I serve. My ultimate goal is to make a difference regardless of age – encouraging everyone to look within themselves and use that magic wand waiting to help them “Unlock their Dreams and Manifest their Reality” because it is right there for the taking. Everyone is the creator of their story, and I want to help them write their narrative. This is why I truly believe with every fiber of my being that I was given the task, the honor to bring forth my book, “The Strategic Goal Seeker’s Handbook ~ Unlocking Your Dreams To Manifest Your Reality.” It is here, and if you are ready, it is ready for you. Tell us something about your initiative/business. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
There are several areas in my business just as in life there has to be a balance so this is why I believe that I experience these areas of jobs that each had their moments of course and now I can use the teachings it gave me in my practice with anyone I work with. I use any or several modalities and tools that I need when it is called for. I created a session, “The Elephant in The Room” because we all have that nagging something that is holding us back, however what we see as the “problem” to the consciousness is not what it actually is for I go deep to the root causes and this is where the transformation and magic happens. We have not been taught to work with Soul, Heart, Mind and Body to heal ourselves. If you recall, I mentioned that it was not spoken of when I was young because it just was not. Now knowing what I know about who I was, who I am now and where I am going and I hope that it will be a beautiful journey, my hope is for others if they are open and really to have this and build hope again within.
While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
At first when it happened it was a shock for many both negative and positive. Many businesses took a big hit especially the smaller business for overheads, payroll, survival became an issue. Online presence became the way of life and to many it was a culture shock and the not knowing of what the future was going to look like. Emotions were running high, CEOs had to make decisions including myself. Remember that the restrictions in a media company owning a studio for about six months prior to the outbreak I just opened my new studio and I too had to make the decision because no one was coming to rent the space and use the facilities. At the time I was mentoring over 35 international students and again it became challenging because we could not meet and although we met online it still was not the same for everyone’s focus was what is going to happen to me tomorrow. I know many small businesses who had to close their doors and still are closed today. On a positive note, we had to retrain ourselves with what we believed as business owners as the new norm but is it really. Many are crushing it and others are still waiting for the big break. There is information overload and people just do not know what to do with it and that is why I am here to share with them how to use the information effectively and efficiently in the NOW!
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
The responses have been life transforming for so many and that brings me joy. So many achievements and recognitions just recently nominated for two awards for Leadership. How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?
I am finding purpose, gratification and so much more but most of all having FUN doing it.

Before we can see the change, we have to become the change that we are seeking. The “How” is not the question to ask, the question should be “When” and the answer is “NOW“! Give your everything to what you believe in regardless of the unknown for it will be rewarding and empowering to many.
