Rita Roushdy is a Manifestation Coach For Online Female Experts. She guides and supports women in business and helps them uncover their true essence of abundance to let them lead from a place of unwavering faith, confidence, and belief in themselves.
Having been in business for over a decade, she always desired to live a life of time and location freedom. She has now moved from the UK to live in Tulum, Mexico while building her empire and supporting her clients to do the same.
Her main interests are expansion and growth in all areas of her life that support her with a balanced and happy life.
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Exhausted and unfulfilled, I was chasing money from 5 different sources of income. All which drained my time and energy.
When the pandemic hit, it gave me the time and space I needed to reevaluate my direction, and to choose differently.
It allowed me to see that the way I was taking action in my businesses was self-sacrificing. It was putting money above my health, and happiness which was unsustainable.
The money I was making was enough to cover the bills, and that’s it.
And sometimes I worried it wouldn’t be enough!
I couldn’t take time off to enjoy the money I was working so hard for.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Abundance On Demand® stands for the ability to tune into the sense of peace, calm and happiness from within.
It’s human nature to expect external circumstances to make us feel good. When in fact, it’s when we feel good, our external circumstances begin to shift to our ideal reality.
This takes ‘work’ though! But it continues to be the best kind of work that my clients and I continue to do to this day.
This is how I support my clients, they come to me when they’re ready to manifest their wildest dreams in 90 days or less.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
My clients have been able to find incredible success from the work we’ve done and continue to do together.
Client C generated a consistent 5 figure income through her businesses. She reached the 6 figure revenue milestone whilst working together. Followed by the multi 6 figure revenue milestone a few months later. She’s now traveling the world with her partner who she brought into the business at a 100K salary.
Client B was able to leave her full time job that was affecting her health. She went on to generate 5 times the income she was making within 90 days of working together. She continues to generate consistent 4 figure revenue months in her business. She has concrete plans to begin traveling with her business in 2023.
I’m featured in many publications and I’ve confirmed my place as a co-author in a #1 best selling book series.
What’s a leadership lesson that you’ve learnt that’s unique to being a female leader?
Being a female leader is one of the most powerful things!
As women, we hold magnetic power within us that can be activated. This sends energetic signals attracting what we want with more effortless flow.
You can tap into this power by healing both the feminine and the masculine energies found within each of us. And finding balance between the two polarizing energies. This is one of the many powerful things that I teach my clients and students.
Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
Everything that you desire is already yours. You desire it because you’re meant to receive it. It is possible. It’s already yours. All you need to do is raise your vibration to resonate on the frequency of your desires!
