What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

I grew up in a big  Asian family, surrounded by strong women who decided to put their dreams &  ambitions aside to raise their families. I saw first-hand how unfulfilled these women were in their 50′, and it stuck with me. Years later, I moved to the U.K and noticed the same behavior from amazing women which led me to think that self-doubts and self-esteem affect women irrelevant of their background.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

I had stopped smelling flowers, I was so consumed by the work that I had forgotten to live and it came to a point where I had to make a choice: stay and keep complaining about where I was or believe in myself and change my story.

I had a choice, and knowing what I would miss was too painful  & having two little girls looking up to me was a strong enough reason for me to say YES! Let’s leap and be courageous!

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

I’m on a mission to help driven women become the CEOs of their life and business by cultivating more self-trust and self-love through intuitive and personalized business and mindset coaching that gets rapid results in a client-led container, in order to create a world where women are free to live out their desires and normalize that they really can have it all on their own terms.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

I started my entrepreneurial journey with a business partner over 10 years ago but I never thought I would start my own passion business. Being shy and introverted seems to be the opposite of what a CEO should be! So when I launched my business in 2020 and got the opportunity to work with amazing women, help them with their self-confidence, and start their own businesses so they could finance their dreams I felt proud and so fulfilled. Proud that I didn’t let my doubts rob me from helping so many women, fulfilled to see so many brilliant women making an impact in their life, their children’s lives and the people around them! The ripple effect is so real when women do the inner workout reach is limitless!

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

Be Bold, be courageous & Be YOU, and break free from generational limiting beliefs. As a young woman, I believe that you can have it all on your own terms. You don’t have to minimize yourself or edit your expectations to live the life other people desire for you.

You have a voice, reclaim it and have the confidence to (re) write your story and redefine what happiness, success, wealth, and womanhood mean to you.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

There are so many things but I’d say one of the most important things is to remember to lead with integrity, your core value is who you are don’t forget about them, be open to receiving feedback from your teams & clients (it’s one of the best advice I received from an amazing leader 15 years ago you can learn and growth so much from them!

And don’t be afraid to fail, failing is good, it’s showing opportunities to improve and deliver a first-class product or service.
