She tells us that, “My absolute passion is to empower others: I help professionals to overcome stagnation, grasp hold of their unique strengths & propel them to the next level in their career and life!

With this, also comes over 20 years of exposure in Human Resources.

I believe in understanding the entirety of a person, not just their professional title – So, I’m happy to share that outside of being a solopreneur, I am mummy to my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son.”

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

Prior to venturing into the world of solopreneurship, I was  employed as an Organisational Development Partner and had been with the organisation for over 11 years.

The very early stages of my career in HR, I was a committed, but shy young lady who was quite happy staying within her comfort zone. Life was simple and I never challenged myself to go further.

In retrospect, I never felt that I had a coach or mentor at the time of requirement, so now I am making a stand for others, to become that person that I didn’t have for myself.

Growing up, experiencing life, getting married and having children transformed me. I felt empowered and determined to do something much more meaningful. Each of us are granted opportunities in life, the choice is in our hands, we can step outside of comfort and start to create the life we desire or just exist within it.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

For me it wasn’t an idea, but a feeling that I just couldn’t shake-off! I felt bored, fed-up and lacked motivation. I was desperate for change, and yearned for something greater in life.

One aspect of my job that I thoroughly enjoyed was Coaching – Having powerful conversations with people – truly transformational.

My desire for change was bigger than my fears. So, I took the leap and resigned, without having anything to fall back on. Risky but my self-belief carried me forward.

Taking this step was about uncovering my true identity, unlocking my full potential.

Today, my business holds personal significance for me; I am creating success for myself by creating impact for others.
