Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Being a founder is a lonely journey. Founders are a special breed of people who I understand and respect deeply because they connect our world with the future. They make things possible and are the front end of evolution.
Founders create miracles and opportunities for all to thrive. States and governments cannot accomplish as much as a visionary business. Once the real construct begins complexity increases. Here they can make or break things, big time.
This is the time and moment where I decided to put my expertise to work for deserving change-makers and enable their unicorn journey without losing their sanity and mental health on the way.
The relationship between a founder and a coach is magical. and one of a kind.
The impact I can create through multiple successful businesses that help the world is the most irresistible thing to me and that’s why one of my mottos is: “The coach that gets you and takes your success to heart.” That success is also part of my legacy even if I’m in the background. It doesn’t matter, the results matter.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
My current model is new and upgraded, but I did coach for a long-time to start receiving similar feedback.
The initial feedback from my clients is almost always amazement. They are baffled about the different things I know and the unique way to approach life and business situations.
They find a real ally in me who knows how to be there for them and guide them to succeed. Because there is no area we don’t touch every day, the coaching journey is unique. I might be needed for marketing today, family issues tomorrow, a negotiation practice, or a board meeting preparation. I love it and my clients become very quickly assured and relaxed by the diversity and complexity of themes they can solve with me.
Ah, and all of them love my genuine non-judgmental nature, which puts them at ease and creates a great environment of trust.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
I’m doing what I love the most, and so, I became much more relaxed, fulfilled, and happy.
Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
Impossible is only a concept we choose to believe and allow to drive our lives. You’ll get more of what you focus on. Focus on what you want, believe in it, and life will unfold with synchronicities and opportunities that will bring you further on the journey. Think, feel and envision the future you want and keep it alive until it becomes your new reality. It doesn’t matter where you are today, don’t allow difficulties to define you. And most importantly, believe in yourself even if noone does. It’s only a matter of time.
