What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I grew up in the Austrian Alps in a very small village. My biggest question has always been what is there beyond these mountains. My itchy feet and curiosity have led me to travel and explore the world as a young adult.
When I was a teenager I developed an emotional eating disorder and a very unhealthy relationship with my body and consequently my sexuality. The healing of this has been one of my biggest teachers.
My drive has always been to be the change I wish to see in the world, thus I started to study industrial management and thought I will be the one shifting within a big corporation. So I pursue in my first corporate journey a career as a Business Consultant. However, this journey brought me to the brink of burnout, igniting a quest for deeper purpose and meaning in life.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
Driven by a powerful dream — a vision of people united in breath and movement— I embarked on an exploratory journey. This led me to India, where I immersed myself in Tantra, healing my relationship with my body, embracing my sexuality, and cultivating deep self-love. I decided to embed the study of ancient wisdom from Tantra and shamanism with modern positive psychology and did a second master degree. I knew that this is my purpose to share this wisdom and support others in their transformation to lead with head, heart and sexual energy.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
I empower female entrepreneurs to transcend the hustle and embrace flow, integrating body awareness into business. My vision is a world where erotically embodied and liberated women drive transformative change from an inner wellspring of power.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
I lead two thriving businesses: one centered on erotic empowerment and embodied leadership for entrepreneurs, and the other dedicated to conscious sexuality as a tool for personal development. Over the past five years, my brands have successfully impacted over 1500 individuals. My measure of success transcends financial gain; it’s about profoundly influencing lives, guiding people towards authenticity, freedom, and self-determination in both their professional and private spheres.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
I would like to see women entrepreneurs daring to do business on their own terms. Without sacrificing health to be successful. Without the idea of being less worthy of wealth imprinted my centuries of patriarchy. I want to see a woman on top who overcome self-doubt and the idea that they need to man up to be successful and unapologetically claim their path of doing business and making an impact. Leading with head, heart and womb.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women’s leadership brings a transformative energy to the business realm, fostering innovation and collaboration. The evolving landscape sees women not just as participants but as catalysts for change, challenging traditional norms and paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse future. The strengths of female leaders lie in their ability to bring empathy, intuition, and effective communication to the table, creating a holistic and balanced approach to decision-making. Embracing receptivity and flow allows women leaders to navigate challenges with resilience and grace. As the narrative of women in leadership unfolds, it’s evident that their influence is not just about breaking barriers but also about reshaping the very foundations of success in the business world.
What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
Embrace your authenticity and trust that being true to yourself is your superpower. Let your intuition guide you through the entrepreneurial jungle, and harness the energy within you to charge ahead. Remember, you’re deserving of nothing less than the best—so never settle! Your unique journey and vibrant life force are your greatest assets on the path to success.
