Zondra TV Network touts itself as an affordable global marketing and advertising company that leverages TV streaming platforms such as ROKU, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Reewind Network, Toni TV and Comcast Cable regionally to level the playing field for small business entrepreneurs. Zondra TV prides itself on providing a multimedia digital experience for small businesses to ensure that businesses are “Heard and Seen” beyond their local neighborhood.
Zondra TV Network is the first to develop a TV / Media Incubator Academy where we teach and coach business entrepreneurs how to pivot, become a TV Show Producer and monetize their content.
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I was always tenacious and had a desire to speak. When I was little we played church. I was always the Pastor and my cousins were the parishioners.
Was there any turning point in your life that changed your journey? If so, what was it? Please tell us the backstory behind it.
When all my immediate family passed away – it caused me to look at my life and begin cultivating the life that God desires me to live.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say “YES, go for it!”
The desire to level the playing field for Small Business Entrepreneurs. I wanted to offer a service that would help small business to scale and grow their business globally.
Everyone has their own set of challenges when starting an entrepreneurial journey. Still, the most essential part for others to learn is how you deal with those. Would you like to share with us your challenges and your coping mechanisms?
There are many challenges. You will surely have to activate your faith if you step out and try something that no one else is doing. You must persevere regardless of naysayers.
While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
The pandemic (2020) was my best year in business. Zondra TV won an international award for TV in 2020. Also, businesses finally started to realize the need for a stronger digital presence.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
Zondra TV Network won the highest Award of Excellence in 2021 which makes us a multiple international award winning TV network.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
Women coming together – stop the backbiting and realize that we are stronger together.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?
“Be the Change that people need to experience” and that “Life Circumstances don’t define you but create depth in your character“.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women’s leadership today?
Women Rock and have the ability to lead and still be graceful.
With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
You have everything you need inside of you. Redefine FEAR (Face Everything And Rise).
