Molly Harvey
A Leading Authority in the world of leadership development, as well as the Visionary and Founder of OWL (Outstanding Women Leaders), Molly is an Author, Facilitator and Speaker. With over 30 years of experience in engaging people, companies and communities, Molly is guided by the personal mission to always be a bridge builder of presence. Integrating the ancient with the emergent, the intellectual with the intuitive, the traditional with the innovative; all in service of nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
She has spoken at over 500 leading organizations, including The United Nations, has worked with Universities, Institutions and Fortune 500 companies, and has authored 8 books (with a 9th in the pipeline). During this time, she also became the First National Woman President of the Professional Speakers Association in England, as well as a Founding member of the Association of Transformational Leaders Council.
In addition to the work she does, she has also held a variety of advisory board roles which offer her the opportunity to once again build a bridge between worlds; including the Global Angels Foundation and the Fountain (an Alliance of Indigenous Elders and Western Economists dedicated to restoring a sacred world economy.)
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
I am an ordinary woman who lives an extraordinary life. I grew up in a Country Estate in Southern Ireland and knew from an early age that I wanted to be a Speaker and a Writer. I turned the hardship in my life into blessings.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Harvey Global began as MHA in October 1993. We specialize in improving Leadership and Employee Engagement at individual, senior and team level.

As a result of following my inner passion and deep calling, I have spoken to over 500 leading Organizations across the world, from the United Nations to large Corporates.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
Because of starting my business in 1993, my life has changed in many ways, one being I have traveled to many different countries and spoken on many platforms across the world. My passion in life is to give a hand’s up to every woman I meet.
