What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I am one of 4, dad was out working all the time and mum was a stay at home mum. We never had very much but we had enough. My drive to succeed is a result of the childhood I had. I don’t really remember my childhood much, I know I was very misunderstood and struggled to find happiness. I have spent many years chasing happiness but never finding it until I found myself. I have failed many times, in relationships, friendships, initiatives but every time, know matter how many times I get knocked down I get back up because I am here to change my family’s paradigm.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
Those that are crazy enough to change the world are the ones that usually do.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
I am the founder of a company called Inner Bloom, for a woman it’s your one stop shop for inner transformation. Inner Bloom is a sacred place designed exclusively for women, it’s a one-stop-shop to transformation, no matter where you are on your journey or what you have been through. Women can immerse themselves in our online sanctuary where they get to discover a multitude of mini courses, enlightening workshops, and inspiring masterclasses to support them with transforming from the inside out. Transformation and growth can be achieved through various paths and looks different for everyone which is why Inner Bloom brings together a dream team of experts, mentors, and cheerleaders who are dedicated to guiding women through every twist and turn of their transformational journey. We provide you with the tools to unravel the layers of the shadow self to step into the light of who you truly are. The vision is to support 1 million women with inner transformation by 2028.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
Changing people’s lives through coaching programs, launch of an affirmation book.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
Collaboration and Community, we don’t need to judge or compete with each other, we need to support each other.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Inner Bloom was created to Empower Women Worldwide 🌎 for me it’s now about coming together to stand as a united front.
What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
You are enough as you are and you are capable of whatever your hearts desires are.
