Lisbeth Ceballos
Lisbeth Ceballos is an experienced Leader, Coach, and Trainer that expertly combines her unique life and work experiences into one-of-a-kind customized engagements. Emigrating to the United States from Venezuela at the age of 17 – and as a member of the LGBTQ Community – Lisbeth combines her global, multicultural, and inclusive worldview with informed, practical insights that lead to her client’s personal and professional growth – thereby benefiting both the sponsoring organization and the individual participants.
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
Originally, from Venezuela, came to the USA at 17 to learn English and study Hospitality. My childhood was great, wonderful parents, lots of beach, and quality family time. Upon arriving in the USA, alone, life was harder, but I was determined to achieve my goals. While attending College, I also worked full-time; there were periods of perseverance, I achieved my goal: Graduating with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration despite periods of poverty and big challenges. My father was my #1 hero who taught me to be persistent, live with integrity, and do good in the world. I’m a life-long learner, love to read and spend quality time with my wife, 16-year old daughter, and extended family
Tell us something about your initiative/business. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
After a 30-year successful career in the Hospitality Industry, I decided to study coaching to enhance my leadership skills as an Executive. After finishing and continuing what had been natural coaching throughout my executive career, I fell in love with coaching and decided to open my own business as a Leadership and life Coach. My passion is to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them uncover their true purpose, avoid or overcome burnout, and have a quality life.
While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
As an Executive, I used to travel a lot before the pandemic, During the pandemic, like many other industries, we started leading via Zoom and throughout that year, I coached a lot of people, enough to be able to achieve my certification as a Professional Coach (PCC-ICF) the following year. I also realized how important it was to be present with my family and re-evaluate my priorities. As a result, I left the Corporate world to focus on my passion to help others and travel less.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
I have had a positive response; one of my greatest accomplishments as a coach is that I have clients that have started with me through their work assigning them a coach and once contract is over, they sign up directly with me to continue their journey.
How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?
I am more present in every aspect of my life, much more at peace, and feel that I am fulfilling a greater purpose, to help others. I work mostly from home and travel a lot less, which has allowed me to be more engaged in my daughter’s life and allowed me the opportunity to be with my father for the last 18 months of his life while he struggled with cancer.

My wife and daughter, my mother and younger sister, who are my greatest cheerleaders and supporters
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity? OR Share a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
I would like to see more peace and harmony in the World. My biggest message is “persevere when you are passionate about an ideal, you can conquer anything you put your heart to with positive intent and a positive outlook.”
