What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

Working class family but I always had HUGE dreams and I dreamt them BIG. I have made the most of every opportunity life has given me.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

Working with a coach who believed in me ignited the spark to become one.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

I have been coaching amazing people for two decades and have coached many famous people and inspiring individuals. My academy launched 10 years ago stands for coaching excellence and Pure Coaching Academy has now produced over 200 world class coaches.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

I won Best Coach Award in 2017 Best Business Woman’s Awards and I am the only coach in the UK to have had her own column in a national daily newspaper. My Happy Monday column ran in the Daily Express for 7 years.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

Women need to build their confidence and self belief then we are unstoppable. To be financially independent as a woman is total freedom and a necessity.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Women have their own power so should not follow male ways of leadership but create their own based on female virtues of compassion, empathy, insight, creativity and flow.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

Aim even higher. You can go as far as you think you can. Believe it even if you can’t currently see the way.
