Vered Lerner is the Founder & CEO of Bizstance Services Inc., Vered Lerner Coaching, VLC Success Academy and the VLC Youth Academy. She is an International Multi-Award Winning Entrepreneur, Influential Thought-Leader, Consultant, Coach, Mentor, Speaker, Writer and Author.
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
I was raised in a family of entrepreneurs and business owners. I’ve always been influenced by creative minds in supportive environments. While climbing the corporate ladder, my career path had many twists and turns.
The journey took me on many detours and I enjoyed what I refer to as scenic tours. I was able to tap into many areas, industries and businesses that offered me hands-on, practical experience. Education is great and knowledge is wonderful but they risk being wasted unless applied and put into action. This opinion guided me then and continues to be the driving force now. I was a sponge soaking up as much as possible so I could later use it in various ways to further my ambitions and help others do the same. As I was intrigued by the differences between businesses that thrived and those that struggled, I looked for underlying causes and identified key areas. I then began to develop solutions to address fundamental issues and universal deficiencies. I’ve been blessed to build credibility and gain a strong reputation for the results my clients enjoy.
Because of my advanced Emotional Intelligence and genuine concern for people, I was able to connect with others and help them in ways that improved their mindset, relationships and overall quality of life. It was through these experiences and interactions that I began to formalize courses and training to empower others, essentially helping them help themselves.

Bizstance Services Inc. is a full-service concierge-boutique-style management consulting agency delivering expert business consulting and coaching, professional services, corporate training and business development to international clients who benefit from the ecosystem we created including expertise, resources and strategic solutions. Our team of experts cover every business field, providing seamless transitions, deliverables and transformation. From start-ups, home offices, entrepreneurs, small businesses to corporations and non-profit organizations, our clients receive comprehensive consultations and custom recommendations to address their specific needs.
We are a TRUE ONE-STOP-SHOP for anything and everything a business may need, eliminating unnecessary the time-consuming stress of sourcing for various services and/or products from multiple resources. The unique concept was born after years of research and hands-on experience, with expertise and a deep understanding of how businesses work.
We work diligently to understand client goals and overall vision; guiding and supporting with service excellence. We specialize in simplifying, systemizing and automating. In addition to consultations and recommendations, we offer implementation and project management with optional ongoing support, either virtually or on site to ensure maximum productivity, increased revenue, sustainability, continued growth and development. The corporate training and coaching are delivered through the Bizstance Learning Academy for business, professional and leadership development as well as the VLC Success Academy under Vered Lerner Coaching for the personal development including confidence, effective communication, presentations, story-telling and public speaking with a strong focus on transformational emotional intelligence training.
Our VLC Youth Academy provides a HeadStart Advantage as we engage young brilliant minds, offering personal development and essential life skills training. The Junior (Ages 4-12) and Senior (Ages 13-18) Divisions deliver age-appropriate curriculum in a progressive method that supports youth as they grow and develop, following them from childhood to adolescence and sets the foundation for them to become successful adults. We also have parental support and resources.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
The response from clients and followers of the Bizstance and Vered Lerner brands has been incredibly positive. They are loyal fans and consumers. I was featured as a Woman To Look Up To in 2022 in Passion Vista Luxury, Lifestyle and Business Magazine as well as being listed on “Brainz 500 Global” 2020 and 2021 – a list of 500 Companies, Entrepreneurs, Influential Leaders and Business Owners recognized for their entrepreneurial success, achievements or dedication to help others.
I was nominated for The Positive Leadership Awards 2022, honoring individuals and the impact of their everyday leadership practices that create positive working environments where individuals, teams and organizations are at their best. I am also proud to have been awarded an honorary doctorate in the area of Human Resource Management for my continued education and contributions to the field.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
I left the corporate world to follow my passion and create the lifestyle I want. This was not a decision I took lightly and it certainly wasn’t the easy route. I carefully weighed the pros and cons, ultimately opting to take a leap of faith. Needless to say, overcoming obstacles comes with the territory but it builds resilience and strengthens drive. I’ve enjoyed the journey so far and look forward to continued growth as the bar is raised with each goal met. As a single mom to two teenagers, being a business owner and having autonomy over my schedule is important. It also sets the tone for teaching them by example. They can see that although it isn’t always easy, doing what you love in a way that makes a positive impact on the world and the people in it is truly rewarding and worth pursuing.
What are you working on right now?
I am currently working on bringing the VLC Youth Academy curriculum to schools where students can benefit from the training and development of Emotional Intelligence and other essential life skills. In addition to coaching and workshops, online courses are also being developed for parents and caregivers who want to invest in the futures of the next generation.

No matter where you are right now, there is always a next step. Keep aiming for better and higher, knowing you are worthy and deserving of growing from strength to strength and success upon success. Treat yourself kindly and practice gratitude for your blessings. Embrace failures as learning experiences and most importantly, never ever give up.
