Anastasia is a holistic fitness expert with over 15 years of experience, passionate about helping women improve their lives through mindful clean eating, daily workout routines, and self-care rituals.

As a former national-level swimmer for Ukraine and a successful model, she knows firsthand how crucial it is to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. However, she has also faced personal challenges with bulimia and a demanding corporate work schedule which she has overcome through dedication and perseverance.

She says, “I stand for a power of Holistic approach, taking into account both physical and mental well-being. I believe that sustainable and long-lasting results come from developing a healthy mindset and incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine.

Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?

I was trapped in a miserable existence without even realizing it. I forced myself to work under bosses, jumping from company to company over the span of a decade. While I managed to establish professional recognition and relationships, I found myself unsatisfied with a life revolving around a paycheck, eagerly waiting for the weekend just to catch up on sleep. Even when I sought refuge in vacations and traveling to escape the UAE’s monotonous routine, I remained clueless about how to bring about meaningful change and financial success. Despite being career-driven and determined to achieve financial and business success since my teenage years, I felt lost, unsure of how to create an alternate stream of income.

Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?

Holistic Health and Fitness Blueprint (WHC) focuses on the overall well-being of an individual, taking into account their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This approach is powerful in promoting a better quality of life, increased longevity, stable mood, and better mental health. By incorporating a variety of activities such as exercise, healthy nutrition, meditation, yoga, and other self-care practices, individuals can enjoy more exciting days and greater enthusiasm for life.

Adopting a holistic approach to fitness and health can lead to improved physical health, including a healthier heart, stronger bones, faster recovery, symptomless menopause, and a lower risk of chronic illnesses. It can also improve mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, promoting better sleep, and increasing overall optimism and positivity.

Furthermore, a holistic approach to fitness and health can provide encouragement and motivation to individuals to prioritize their well-being and take care of themselves. This can lead to a more fulfilling and rewarding life, with an increased ability to handle life’s challenges and opportunities with greater ease and resilience.

What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture? 

The response from clients towards holistic transformation has been overwhelmingly positive. We have received numerous testimonials from clients who have experienced life-changing experiences. Our clients have reported permanent weight loss after struggling with obesity for decades, quit smoking and drinking by adopting a rich and nutritious diet, achieved leaner and fitter bodies, and noticed improvements in various health concerns, including reducing diabetic levels, wrinkles, cellulite, and high sugar, gained confidence and self-believe. 

Also my clients reported a heightened sense of mindfulness, improved mental health, and a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm for life. By prioritizing the overall well-being of our clients, we have been able to provide them with effective and sustainable lifestyle changes that have positively impacted their lives in multiple ways.

How has your life changed because of your venture?

Things are still evolving for me. I now have complete freedom to choose where I want to reside for the next three months, as well as how I plan to travel in the upcoming year. Establishing my own company has instilled within me a significant amount of courage, strength, and self-belief.
