Chloe McCullough is a podcast host and presenter empowered by inspiring people to live their truest selves by sharing honest and relatable stories.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before the venture/ corporate journey?

I had always worked in a corporate job within the beauty industry and I wanted more. I wanted to be a part of people’s journeys and empower them that settling for what they think they’re worthy of isn’t good enough, to empower and inspire them to strive for more and encourage them to be the best version of themselves.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business/initiative? What motivated you within to say “YES, go for it!”

The belief that I could actually make a difference. What I was saying seemed to resonate with so many of my friends and colleagues so I wanted to scale the conversation to be able to reach more people.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

To really encourage people that they can be and achieve anything they want to. Self love is a huge driver for people being their best selves yet for most of us self love practises are at the bottom of our to do list. I wanted to speak about self love in a way that flips the switch and encourages people to make it a higher priority.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

The most inspiring thing for me is that people are resonating with my messaging already, the podcast is just 7 months old and already I have had some really big guests on. Each episode received hundreds of downloads every single week which inspires me to keep pushing and see where this journey takes me.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

I would love to see more people believing in themselves, I think we often hide behind our shadows and lack self confidence for whatever reason which really does hold us back. I would love to see women really go after what they want and deserve without the worries of what other people are thinking or comparing ourselves to other people.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women’s leadership today?

I think it’s amazing and it’s always inspiring when there are women in leadership visible, it sets a good message and tone to the rest of the business. I’m a huge advocate of equality and women being equal to men in the workplace. It’s great to see so many women pushing and striving for their well deserved places at the top.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

You can do and be anything you want to be. Believe in yourself, stay true to who you are, focus on being a good person and trust the process. I really do believe that what is meant for us will be and that we need to have a little more faith in taking a step back and letting things fall into place.
