Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?

More than 20 years experience in the broader People & Culture space within some of the world’s best-loved brands and businesses on 3 continents and many countries globally!

Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?

Our quest is to reconnect individuals with their dreams and ambitions and then work with them to achieve them – by accessing the unique strengths that exist within all of us, dispel self-limiting beliefs and build habits that enable accelerated, sustainable growth. 

For the organisations with which we work, we work alongside leaders to deliberately and intentionally co-design the people’s practices which enable people to bring the best of who they are to work each day by acknowledging and making space for life outside the office.

What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?

Resounding positivity and support! So far, the business has grown entirely from referrals. Within 3 short months, we are already operating at “capacity” and seeking additional skills and resources to meet the on-going demand. 

Organisations want to provide meaningful, measurable support to their most valuable assets – their people. The business owners with whom we are working are eager to change the way they have traditionally worked to accommodate individual needs and preferences – the ROI comes from highly engaged team members with increased productivity, innovation and creativity. The discretionary effort that makes the difference for customers between good and great. 

Our individual coaching clients are realising their immense strengths and capabilities and leveraging the self-awareness to make positive shifts that are not only having profound impacts on their lives directly, but for their families and loved-ones. Wellness is contagious!

How has your life changed because of your venture?

I feel deeply connected to the purpose of our organisation which is characterised by trust, generosity and authenticity. Every decision we make is anchored to the question of positive impact and being of service. We do not teach, we remind and illuminate.

Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.

Give yourself permission to fail frequently from the outset! Make the statement daily and out loud – “I am trying this or that and if it works, we will continue and if it doesn’t, we will learn.
