Tabitha Moore
Tabitha Moore is a Life, Mindset & Money Coach. She tells us that, “I find balance to work like this, I will spend more time on my business than my personal life and then I will take some time off from my business for my personal life. There are times when it’s pretty even too. I try to be aware if I’m getting overwhelmed or tired out and take some time for myself. I know that I’m not very productive when I’m tired out and not as fun to be with either.”
When faced with unexpected hurdles in your business, how do you stay strong?
I use the tools I’ve learned to get calm, in the right mindset and look for solutions or the lesson. When I’m especially struggling, I talk to my coaches and my support system (husband friends, family)
How do you determine the success of your business beyond financial metrics, focusing on factors like customer satisfaction and community impact?
I like to check in with my clients with surveys to find out what they like or don’t like, how they feel things could be improved and what they would like added. I also like to get their comments about how they feel they are progressing throughout the program, the differences they are noticing. I find most people are too hard on themselves and sometimes don’t notice their progress. It really helps my clients to look back at their comments from the beginning to see all their progress and growth.
Can you recount a pivotal moment in your business journey where you saw remarkable growth or witnessed a transformative change, showcasing the impact of your products or services?
I’m not sure about one moment. I have seen moments with each client when something about the training really clicks. It can even be something that we have covered before and it’s just said differently and suddenly it has a whole new meaning for them.
I love when I see my clients let go of fear, guilt and shame around money and realize it can be easy.
In your view, how crucial is mentorship for the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial path?
Mentors/coaches and support systems are so important for entrepreneurs. I know without them I would have given up when things were tough. They help me to keep going, to look at things differently, find solutions and see the progress I was making… They told me their story as they learned and of others who have experienced what I was experiencing. They helped me remember that what I do helps others and makes a lasting difference in their lives. That I know in my heart I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing!!
What is your business focused on, and how does it contribute to making a positive difference in the world?
My business is focused on helping women have their best life including moving from debt to prosperity. We look at mindset and awareness. We look at what their best life would look like. Do they have Dreams they think could never happen? Are they appreciating the good things they have in their life already?
The women I work with gain clarity of what their best life would look like. Confidence in themselves and their abilities to create their dream life. Then they take steps to create their dream life.
What special ability do you wish you had to make your job easier?
I wish I had more confidence in myself and appreciate my abilities. What I do comes naturally and feels like no big deal to me.
