Ashley Katz

Ashley Katz tells us that, “I want to make the world a better place one woman at a time and have a ripple effect on the children of the world and the future generations. I think some of us are born needing to change and I am one of those people. I am empathetic and care deeply for people. I also love to sing, act, and dance. I enjoy family, friends, travel and hugs.”

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

Growing up was a struggle. My mom had Multiple Sclerosis. She couldn’t walk or see very well, so from the time I was six I was a mother to my brothers. I was very responsible, but I also learned empathy and how to care for others. My mom was a strong role model with her endless positivity despite her struggles. My goal is that other kids get to be kids and not have to take care of their moms and siblings because their moms are healthy enough to care for themselves. As a kid we would always sing and there was lots of joy in our home, and I know how important music is to uplifting our spirits regardless of the circumstances.

Tell us something about your initiative/business. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?

Now, I am focusing on helping women with Epilepsy and Seizures with unconventional methods to heal themselves so they can show up in the world as the women and mothers that they want to be in the world. I help them to heal their physical body and give them their confidence back so they can have their life back!

While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?

During the pandemic, I went into a deep depression. I am a people person and I was having lots of seizures. I needed a support system to heal and it was taken from me, as it was from us all. I learned how deeply important that support system really is for me and for my clients.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?

Everyone needs a champion, no matter who you are. I have been working with clients in other niches and the response has been extremely positive, but it’s time for me to focus on the women I know need it the most. I understand these women on a deeply personal level and I have done the work myself. I know these women, I am them!

How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?

I am so deeply passionate about this mission and vision that I know the world will make its shift with this niche!

Do you have anyone who is the biggest support system in your life? Please let us know.

My husband. He is my rock.
