Madi Mucha

Madi Mucha is an Internationally Certified Life & Health Coach.

She tells us that, “I’m a Manifestation coach and mentor! I use scientifically proven methods to help people master their mindset, release limiting beliefs, and manifest abundance into their lives. I’ve been coaching for nearly 2 years and currently running my business full-time! I have international certifications in life and health coaching as well as yoga teaching. Over the past couple years, I’ve been traveling and working remotely from countries including Spain, Colombia, Peru, & Guatemala to name a few. In my free time, I enjoy surfing, reading, cooking healthy meals, and going on outdoor adventures!

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

Growing up, I was always creating something. Whether I was drawing, designing, or writing, there was always something. And, as far as I can recall, that energy lived naturally within me. I made many types of friendship bracelets over the years. I started my own fashion brand when I was 13 – not like a full blown company, but I definitely acted like it was. And, throughout college I played leadership roles in multiple organizations and even had 2 ventures of my own. One was my own Etsy jewelry shop called Core Conviction. And, the other was a social venture for a sweatshirt designed to decrease anxiety which my friend and I pitched to an incubator program within our university and gained $5,000 of seed funding to invest in our project. So, I’d say there’s almost always been a self-starter energy living within me, even before starting my coaching business.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

Making a positive impact in the world was definitely at the forefront of my decision to start my own coaching business. I’ve known for a long time that I wanted to help and inspire others to live their dreams. But it was really my own mental health journey that brought me here. About 8 years ago, I had two near-death experiences and a bunch of other things happening at the same time that caused me to become extremely anxious and depressed. I knew I needed help, so I started going to therapy. That was just the beginning. In the following years, I continued to prioritize my mental health, knowing I couldn’t do everything on my own. So, I continued seeing therapists on and off over the years, working with various wellness practitioners, practicing yoga and meditation regularly, reading a ton of self-development books, and so on. And, in 2021, I had my first coach which completely changed my life. It was in those first few sessions that I knew this was something I wanted to do. After just a few sessions, I signed up for a certification program to get my health and life coaching certifications and invested the most money I ever had in myself. At this time, I was working full-time for an ad agency in NYC, but I just knew there was something calling me to this work and I had to get started. And, from there everything just started to really align and lead me in the direction of developing my own practice.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

As a Manifestation Coach and Mentor, I aim to help people truly manifest their dream life. Now, some people may think of manifestation as this woo woo, super spiritual thing, but it’s not just that – there is A LOT of science behind it which I love to dive into. And, I am living proof that the practices I teach work. I’ve manifested money, travel opportunities, love, my own business, health, and so much more into my life. And, I’ve helped others do the same. I am on a mission to help people see that they have the power within themselves to manifest anything they want in life. I more specifically teach people how to master their mindset, release limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and actually manifest with intention. I believe everyone deserves to live a life that they love. And, those little whispers or gut feelings you have that are telling you to try something new or different, those wouldn’t exist if you weren’t actually meant to try those things!

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

I’ve been coaching for 2 years now, and one of my biggest accomplishments during this time was being able to quit my full-time advertising job to go all-in on coaching. Though this was so scary and many people basically told me not to do it, actually taking that leap of faith is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I will always be proud of myself for doing it. Additionally, moving out of my NYC apartment to travel full-time and work remotely from anywhere was probably even scarier, but this decision taught me so many things about life and even connected me to new clients and a larger support system. The 2 decisions are probably my greatest achievements to date.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

I envision a world with more dreamers, more peace, and more equitable opportunities. Dreamers because we need more women who believe in themselves and their ability to create the life of their dreams because it is possible – I promise you. Peace because the more we create and develop with peace at the forefront, the more we will inspire others to do the same. And, equitable opportunities because the more effort we put in to offer accessible resources and opportunities, the more people we can help.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

I have had the opportunity to work with and be mentored by some amazing women in leadership throughout my career, and I will say they are so inspiring. Their work ethic is unshakable, and though they may face adversity, they don’t let it stop them. I think the most important thing that anyone, and especially women in leadership, should do is mentor and inspire others to lead with passion, empathy, and grace. Mentoring has been huge for me in my personal and professional life. So, if you are a young woman and do not have a mentor to work with, definitely try to seek one out. And, if you are a woman in leadership and you are not currently mentoring anyone, I recommend you do the same. Both the mentee and the mentor have so much to learn from each other.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

If you have a vision for the life you wish to create for yourself and you believe in it so strongly, do not give up on it. You will absolutely make it happen. But you need to continue to take steps forward. And, there will be many people who have something to say about it, but whatever you do, please remember these 2 things: 1) Only you have the power to manifest the life of your dreams. No one else can do it for you. And, 2) Seek out advice from the people who have been where you want to go.
