Kavita Melwani
Kavita Melwani is M.Ed, Master Certified Jungian Coach, NTP, and multi-certified coach. She is a Spiritual Success and Business Coach, a highly-sensitive woman, and an empath.
She tells us that “I am also a mother to two teenage boys. As a first-generation American and a serial entrepreneur I have owned and operated various businesses since 2003. The turning point in my life came when she started to work with a life coach to recognize my true gifts and calling.”
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Before starting Aligned & Soulful Success, essentially my coaching business, I had other businesses, and felt there was something I was meant to do but really thought I didn’t know what that was. If I really look back, the answer was there all along. I had everything that people strive for: a marriage, two kids, a house and a small business. The issue is that I had been following the guidance of everyone else, my family and friends who meant well, denying what my soul was calling me to do. Until I was marketing my jewelry business at a networking event and met my first coach.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Aligned & Soulful success is dedicated to empowering empathic, conscious and introverted individuals to reach their desired level of success in a way that is aligned with their soul. My coaching is unique. I go deep into utilizing my training in Eastern philosophy, Jungian psychology, neuroscience, energy work, and my business knowledge/training to help my clients create their purposeful and profitable business (whether it is a business or in their careers).
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?

How has your life changed because of your venture?
I learn so much from my clients, they are all amazing souls. Also, owning a business forces you to face everything head on, all your resistances, subconscious conditioning, it all plays out in front of you. You can choose to move through it and learn or run away. Every time I have chosen to move through it, I get stronger.
