What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I grew up in a small county of Sichuan Province in the south west of China, a beautiful natural place surrounded by hills and rivers. After high school, I was admitted into a prestigious university in a big northern city of China. After graduation I found a good job in the capital Beijing and worked there for 8 years for a national bank and international companies. While I was working, I also learned Executive MBA from Rutgers University of the US. 19 years ago, I immigrated to the US to gather with my loved one who I met in the university and waited for 10 years to be able to cross the overseas distance. I found a Fortune 100 company’s work as a director of performance management, in its headquarters located in downtown Manhattan, next to Wall Street.
My corporate dream may continue for a longer time if it’s not because of the last financial crisis in early 2009. I lost my job shortly after I gave birth to my second child and just returned to work from my maternity leave. I received a good replacement package, but I decided not to look for another Fortune 100 company. Instead, I spent almost 6 months to do deep reflection and research, learn practical philosophy in Manhattan Philosophy School, and take career coaches help to discover what’s my true purpose and passion, and how I could really contribute values and feel happy and fulfilling.
This soul searching journey led me to the best discovery that coaching is an ideal practice for me to connect with people’s mind and heart, empower them and help them find their purpose and passion and do what they love as well.
I decided to study and gain my coaching certificate from New York University, and started my entrepreneurship and coaching practice right after it. Since then, 14 years already, I still believe that’s my best decision ever made, and every day has been full of learning, growing, reflecting, exploring, creating, serving and influencing.
Through this journey, I have been learning from so many great masters and mentors in the market, who have become my role models as well, like Tony Robbins, Oprah Winfrey, Joel Osteen, Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson, Ed Mylett, Celine Dion, Brendon Burchard, Myron Golden, John Maxwell…
Tell us something about your initiative/business. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
I started initially as a Happiness Coach to empower people to discover their purpose and passion, do what they love and fulfill their happiness purpose. Through the 14 years journey, I have had many ups and downs, business challenges, marriage crisis, separation and even tried suicide where God saved my life from ashes-like state.
After I resurrected from all the pains and desperations, I found myself growing into a new dimension of life and horizon, a much deeper level than happiness, that is abundance. I then have further followed my call and grown into an Abundance Thought Leadership Coach, to empower coaches and visionary entrepreneurs to unleash their purpose and vision, and stand out in their ideal niche as a confident expert and thought leader with their unique gifts to impact many more lives.
I collected my courage to share my story on Nasdaq, Harvard Clubs of Boston and New York, and social media to inspire many struggling lives. I published my books on Amazon: Abundance Train which made #1 new release, and Abundance Today for 365 Days. I created my YouTube channel. And I’ve further developed the community Abundant Entrepreneurs to connect and support coaches and visionary entrepreneurs.

While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
Our family is deeply impacted by COVID-19 and Pandemic. We could not go back to China as usual to visit my parents, my kids’ grandparents for the past 4 years. My daughter got severe eczema all over her body during the pandemic quarantine time studying at home. We also got Covid-19 in last summer vacation while we were visiting Los Angeles and San Francisco. Business activities all moved to online. We overcame all the difficulties one by one. We became more resilient, connected and grateful.
I attended almost all Tony Robbins Live events virtually in 2020. I developed quite a few new programs online. Both my coaching business and financial side hustle have gained some positive expansion online through creative and innovative initiations and persistence.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
My clients enjoyed my content, contribution and coaching services. Many of them are feedback that my sharing is thought-provoking and enlightening, and my coaching is so valuable that helped them move mountains, develop their firm leadership, decode their niche, own their powerful language, and become a magnet…. Some partners praised me as a Female Version of Tony Robbins. I was rated a Top 15 Coach of New York in 2023 by Influence Digest media.

How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?
All these initiatives and ventures are not just by me, I strongly feel the purpose, the call, and the guidance of God, the universe’s intelligence.
Every day I am very much looking forward to serving more and contributing more. The abundance of energy is overflowing inside out. And I am really ready to be used by God for His grace, and for the big movement of the Abundance of All.
Do you have anyone who is the biggest support system in your life? Please let us know.
On this earth, it’s my mom with her unconditional love. Even though she does not fully understand what I am doing and what I am called to do, she is always the one who makes me feel loved and supported, even across all the distance between China and the US.
Above this earth, it’s God, the universe’s intelligence. I am not lost because He is there to call me and guide me through any tests and challenges.

My vision is to build Abundance Universities and Abundance Centers worldwide, create Abundance Foundation, and carry on the movement of the Abundance of All.
I want to transform more abundant entrepreneurs, especially women entrepreneurs, to stand out in different areas as confident experts and thought leaders worldwide, so that they could nurture, empower and impact the world in a more positive direction.
