Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
My journey began in the fast-paced world of food service, where customer service was the cornerstone. After serving as a Medic in the National Guard for six years, I transitioned to a 911 ambulance service and subsequently delved into the fulfillment & corporate world with Amazon. In the realms of Health & Safety and HR Compliance, I honed my skills, especially in supporting the successful employment and retention of individuals with disabilities. These diverse experiences were the stepping stones leading me to establish my coaching and professional development firm. My focus is on empowering professionals in Agile Technology Environments, particularly through effective networking on platforms like LinkedIn.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
My firm is a sanctuary for individuals aspiring to elevate their careers in technology. We offer personalized coaching, rooted in practical and actionable strategies. The e-book I authored is a testament to our commitment to accessible and immediate self-help, guiding professionals to optimize LinkedIn for networking and career advancement. We are a dedicated team, striving to demystify the journey to professional fulfillment in tech, making it an achievable reality for many.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients have experienced transformative changes, not just in their professional lives but personally as well. “Autum’s insights turned my passive LinkedIn profile into a career magnet,” shares one of my clients, a testament to the efficacy of our approach. How has your life changed because of your venture?
Since the inception of my venture, there’s been a profound amplification in my self-confidence and professional stature. Every success story of my clients adds a layer to my gratification and drives my commitment. While I’m ingrained in my current journey, I’m also laying a robust foundation to dedicate more time diving into the realms of neurodiversity and mental health. Both are intersecting areas I’m deeply passionate about spending more time and resources on in an effort to raise acceptance and support within our communities.
What are you working on right now?
I’m immersed in expanding my social media presence to connect with a broader audience, sharing insights and offering value. The positive reception of my e-book has spurred the development of a comprehensive course tailored for self-employed professionals. It aims to harness Agile Methodologies and LinkedIn to optimize business operations, a venture we’re excited to unveil soon.
