I am the Author of Be Happy Now and The Be Whole Journey, an online self-paced course to my book.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

I am #6 from a family of nine children, I am a mother of two adult children, I am single, I have raised a deaf daughter to speak, I am a Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, I am a seeker and a dream tender as well as a coach.  I love tasting the experiences of life and seeking deep conversation that changes me and the other. I love being in my body, dancing, snowshoeing, hiking and being in nature and expanding my consciousness. My journey has been a winding road back to my true self, with lots of upheaval and trauma and I have made the choice to lean into the pain and the journey, to learn to be courageous and to seek the wisdom my journey has been and continues to teach me.  Now at this juncture I am able to reap rewards and navigate challenges with more ease from a place of flow and deep wisdom. I wish this for every person on the planet.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

I was committed to shifting the consciousness of the planet and especially women.  I knew it was critical to work with people to help them align to who they really are in order for our world to be more whole, inclusive and innovative as we navigate the future.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

More inclusion, more honest communication from a place of no judgment, equal respect for all. Harmony and peace.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Women have to embody their full feminine energy, not act like men, we have to be honest with who we are and do our inner and outer work around clearing our own subconscious beliefs that sabotage us. To shift our mindsets and behavior to a way that resonates with who you are at your essence and accesses your unique feminine nature.  This is key for the planet to heal and for us to stand in our full power.

What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?

Where you put your attention grows.  We are each at choice in how we think and how we show up.  Our presence can change the energy in a room.  The energy we bring is more powerful than the words we speak.

With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

Start learning to trust yourself, connect with your inner space. Real change happens from the inside out – work on what is going on inside of you – remove those blocks and the put your attention on what you desire and what needs to shift inside of you to create that reality.
