What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

My years of growing up were busy with the career of a concert pianist. I was a child prodigy classical pianist.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

The fact that I knew where I would make a difference by contributing something useful to the society and the fact that I’d do what my heart called for motivated me to start on my own.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

I coach members of the general public with the tools of near-linguistic programming. I specialise in coaching artists, landlords, tenants, people with learning difficulties, and people in retail worldwide in person in London UK and Toronto Canada and online worldwide across the time zones.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

Every time someone tells me that he had spent time, money, and energy on psychologists, why didn’t help and where he didn’t feel comfortable and my help helped and he felt totally comfortable is a profound achievement and accomplishment for me.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

I would and will: be the change you want to see. Start being the change even if others see you as strange. Eventually others will appreciate your approach and even model it.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

More women should lead. Men and women have different qualities all of which in combination would make this world a far better, cleaner, nicer, happier place if people were willing to accept, combine, and put the different qualities to use where they’re most called for.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

Follow your heart’s desire and the universe will conspire.
