Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
I had been an avid hiker and nature enthusiast; spent 29 years practicing engineering in the oil industry within a corporate setting. In 2005, my family and I made the transition from Venezuela to Canada in pursuit of a safe and nurturing environment. This move was driven by our desire to create a better life for ourselves and our loved ones. Canada’s natural beauty and diverse landscapes resonated with our passion for outdoor exploration, making it the ideal destination for us to call home.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
After careful analysis, I’ve determined three major goals for my business. First and foremost, it is about serving others by providing support and assistance to women who, like me, seek financial stability and the opportunity to live life on their own terms. Second, it’s an adventure of continual learning as I share my expertise and experiences to help others. Finally, it is about healing the transgenerational financial brokenness in my female lineage, with the goal of breaking the pattern and creating a legacy of financial empowerment and wealth.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
The response from users and consumers towards our venture has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have expressed gratitude for our approach, mentioning that when I speak, it resonates with them on a personal level. They appreciate that my guidance has provided them with the inspiration and confidence to take charge of their finances, consequently empowering them to take control of their entire lives.

My support system consists of three of my closest friends, with my husband supporting me by freeing up my time and taking care of household chores. Additionally, I’ve received guidance from teachers who have taught me how to be more efficient. Recently, I’ve also invested in coaching services, such as the Mastermind team led by Dean Graziosi, which has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.
As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
There’s a growing awareness of the power women hold in shaping their financial prosperity and wealth. While I’ve observed some changes, I believe there’s much more to be done. I’m actively seeking opportunities to share my journey and inspire other women to follow a similar roadmap toward financial independence. Additionally, I’m eager to mentor young women in this area, guiding them along the path to financial empowerment. Together, we can create a future where women confidently navigate their financial journeys and achieve their fullest potential.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
I advocate for women’s leadership rooted in their unique female energy, rather than emulation of traditional male leadership. Harnessing our inherent strengths, women can lead authentically, fostering diverse perspectives and nurturing inclusive environments that drive innovation and progress.
