Paula Adams
Paula Adams is an intuitive coach and healer, transformational leader and teacher to women who want to wake up to their power and live through their intuition and intention.
She tells us that, “As a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, I have supported hundreds of women around the world over the past 15 years to find their centre, develop strong boundaries and live from a knowing that they are more than enough and worthy of true love. My mission is to ignite women to live on purpose and prosper from doing their divine work in the world. My own life experience has deeply initiated me into what it takes internally and externally to courageously choose yourself and lead a life of fulfilment. I do that through 121 healing work. I hold deep transformational spaces for women to connect firmly with their own intuition, learning to trust it and take courageous action to follow their nudges out into the world.”
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
Growing up with a controlling mother and father, I found it hard to know who I was and what I wanted. I stepped into the corporate world and knew that it didn’t fit who I was and so moved into aviation. After leaving a marriage with another controlling person, with my three children I built a healing practice and taught people worldwide.I created the Awakening Programme for Women and am now in the process of stepping into the next stage of my healership.
Tell us something about your initiative/business or current role. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
I believe that we all have the strength inside of ourselves if only we could access it. I tailor my coaching and healing into providing each individual’s ability to access this strength. My clients have achieved total freedom and joy from their belief systems and emotional blockages in order to access their highest spiritual wishes.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
Being dedicated to non-stop learning during my life bringing up three entrepreneurial children, in a relationship with a narcissist, an acrimonious divorce and many family deaths, I can hold the space for my clients to delve deeply into their innermost feelings and thoughts and achieve empowerment.
Therefore my clients achieve, being able to live life being informed by their intuition and inner knowing, to stay centered and connected to themselves in order to feel ok/good enough/capable of being responsible for their life/to hold self. Help them know that they are loveable, to feel empowered. To be able to express themselves fully without criticism.
How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?
I get to live a life where I can serve other women, to help them achieve joy and happiness in their lives. This service has given me much freedom, the ability to come out of a dead end job, and into a life of creativity.

My eldest daughter Daisy is my biggest fan and supports me 100%!

Please know that you have the strength within you, no matter the challenges, to achieve what you want. It’s not about working hard, its about the balance between self care and what makes you sing. This will ripple out into the world, where there will be balance and women’s voices will be heard.
