How do you balance your work responsibilities with your personal life while managing your own business?

“Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield is a song for anyone who is ready to change, grow, and take action in their life.

When faced with unexpected hurdles in your business, how do you stay strong?

Ever since I was young, I wanted to be someone who could help others and make a difference in the world. Now, I bring this dream to life through my coaching and mentoring work. In coaching, I help people find their strengths and guide them on their personal and professional growth journeys, employing empathy and strategic guidance to unlock their hidden potential in a clear and supportive way. It is not the world, but for each of my clients it is their life.

How do you determine the success of your business beyond financial metrics, focusing on factors like customer satisfaction and community impact?

Stay strong and always listen to your gut feeling.

Can you recount a pivotal moment in your business journey where you saw remarkable growth or witnessed a transformative change, showcasing the impact of your products or services?

As a Coach, Mentor and Speaker I believe that every person holds the power to make a positive impact on our world.

Alongside my coaching and speaking engagements, I also conduct LinkedIn workshops and coaching sessions as a recognized LinkedIn TopVoice. Through these initiatives, I endeavor to assist my clients in discovering their voice.

My mission is to empower others, guiding them to unlock their potential and pursue their dreams. With this, we set off a chain reaction of happiness and fulfillment, spreading positivity far and wide.

My aim is simple yet profound: to help individuals nurture their talents, build resilience, and chase their passions.

In your view, how crucial is mentorship for the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial path?

There have been several unexpected plot twists that have significantly shaped my path. Becoming a mom brought a profound new perspective and purpose to my life, illuminating paths I hadn’t considered before. Moving to China, where I lived for several years, was a leap into the unknown that broadened my horizons and immersed me in a culture vastly different from my own. It was there, amidst new challenges and experiences, that I discovered my passion for mentoring and coaching, setting the course for the next chapter of my life. These moments, each a twist in my story, have been instrumental in shaping who I am today.

What is your business focused on, and how does it contribute to making a positive difference in the world?

I guess I would like to be there when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. This was a huge step forward in recognizing and fighting against discrimination towards women, marking a global commitment to gender equality.

What special ability do you wish you had to make your job easier?

More Marketing knowledge would have been amazing at the beginning! Today, I’m lucky to have professional people around me who can help me fill gaps if needed.

If you could invite three fictional characters to help you plan your next project, who would you choose, and why?

I would choose Olivia Pope for her strategic prowess, ensuring our initiatives are groundbreaking. Albus Dumbledore would bring his wisdom and knack for seeing potential, guiding clients towards self-realization. Yoda’s unmatched wisdom and patience would be key in nurturing personal growth. Together, Olivia’s innovation, Dumbledore’s insight, and Yoda’s profound guidance would make our team uniquely effective I guess!
