What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
Pretty much academic student focused on studies, good childhood just like any normal middle class Indian family
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
SoulQ vision – To enable and guide individuals in their lives journey to transform, align and achieve their highest potential and live life with purpose, meaning and contribute positively to greater good of humanity.
Was there any turning point in your life that changed your journey? If so, what was it? Please tell us the backstory behind it.
Born and raised in India and currently residing in Singapore, I’m a Spiritual protagonist, Practicing Life coach, Mentor and a friend. Once tethered to a life left to fate and external influence, I underwent a deep spiritual process to uncover the power of creating life consciously and living with intent and purpose.
I have been on a spiritual path to seek answers to my own challenges in life which led me to many teachers and modalities. These learnings helped me gain clarity on life’s purpose leading to personal transformation and have set me on a path to consciously create a life with intent by making choices and decisions that are aligned to my life’s vision, mission and purpose.
In 2020, I founded SOULQ with the intent to support and guide individuals on a difficult path to align back to their life’s purpose, untangle the challenges, get on to a path of self-discovery and ultimate freedom of stepping into their own power living a fuller and happier life.
Through the practice of mindfulness, meditation and the power of coaching, I have helped people around the world to bring order and stability in their lives and led them onto a path of conscious living and create a life that’s more aligned to their true and authentic self-expression.
Being from an IT background, I understand the pressures of thriving in the corporate world. I now support corporate leaders and high-performing individuals to optimize their performance with improved focus, removing blockages and limiting beliefs leading to accelerated performance, mental clarity and exponential success and growth.
I am also the co-founder of women’s support group “Conscious Women in Leadership” to support women’s mental and emotional well-being.
With SoulQ, I am looking forward to sharing my learnings and helping create positive impacts and transform lives positively.

The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
Nothing much, just a lot of family time and working from home.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
How has your life changed because of your venture?
I don’t feel it has changed a lot.
